Breathe
Hi, dreamers!
Today, I welcome you with a new post about one of the main causes of having a state of poor physical wellness that we recently discussed in the past week.
The stress is by definition the tension we feel, let it be emotional or physical; from time to time we feel frustrated, anger or we are somewhat nervous and overwhelmed, and this is stress manifesting in our bodies. Though this is not completely negative, unless we make it so, because stress can make us be on alert to avoid dangerous situations, or in some cases meet a deadline. But again, it is still aggravating to have the stress levels up every day, it can be so harmful to the body that it can actually cause illnesses, and we definitely do not want that.
Baby, stress is natural for everyone who immerses himself or herself in an ambiance of due dates, profit-oriented actions, non-likable situation, and so on. But for every situation we live, that will become a stressful situation, then we can think about why are we going to get from it, such as saving money for that house I want to live in, taking the first step to get the job position I want, studying to teach others what I have learned, or because you want to make a change you are enduring as no one else would. Everything happens for a reason, and our job is to find it and not let it go, but rather happily and understandably live it for a greater good.
Also, I wanted to let you know, dreamer, that I too have my stress crises, and the most recent was 3 days ago, when I thought everything was falling apart in my life, altogether with the COVID-19 situation which is no help at all, but looking past that, I literally felt so bad that I wanted to quit everything and just sleep and eat all day… But no, there was something, a foreign feeling that kept me going through the day, and the next, and the next. This feeling was my own desire to keep moving forward and to not look back on what happened before, just let it all out with breathing exercises and calming sounds.
The latter is actually an exercise that I practice every time I feel the need to, and seriously it does help a lot, so if you ever feel like myself, just be sure to breathe and relax for some minutes, or take the time you think you need, but always keep in mind that everything will be fine and that it is okay to be this way sometimes. The important thing here is to revitalize yourself and keep going on with the day, and if you are wondering, yes, this is something you can do and make a good healthy habit* out of it.
Remember, you are never alone, in Dream on Youth we love you and support you. Until next time… :)
*It takes 21 consecutive days to make an action become a habit.
