New Beginnings
Ah! 2020, you were a whole bunch of happenings. Moving on...
For this new year, we all are hoping to have “a better year, or even a reboot of 2020”, and it might be something that we want to scream at the top of our lungs, but no! Just don’t. It seems like that one theater phrase that goes, “Maybe...” you get the point. Don’t jinx it. The best thing that we could think of, or rather attract into our lives, can be positiveness, happiness, and harmoniousness. A lot of -ness-, necessities that must be present in today’s world, our new reality.
People, I have thought long and hard about the past year, and since the beginning, everything started to go south; one bad thing attracted another. This might be a warning for everyone to pay attention to because it means that the world was full of negativity, and it couldn’t stand it anymore, so it did what it could to cleanse itself. But now, if you cannot acknowledge this, instead of trying to think, “Why me? Why us? Why now?”, then it would be for nothing. Please, allow me to explain myself:
Overthinking is a bad habit that must be stopped; it doesn’t do you any good.
Understanding doesn’t mean that you get a straight answer, but rather accept that IT already happened.
There is no going back; the world has changed, and so have you.
Embrace your new and strange feelings toward this, and explore in your mind to further develop your comprehension and acceptance of this.
Let it go, for it will not change, and it will accelerate and ease the process of acceptance.
Be free in the balance because it is all about freeing ourselves from all negative aspects that have led us (and might still be) to situations that we don’t want anymore. Any negative situation, really :)
You see now? All the burdens that we created and that we were carried throughout the whole year, we can let them go now! It’s like a backpack where we put all the stones we find in our way, in the path we have chosen, but we can actually decide to leave them there as a reminder that we conquered an obstacle and that we are closer to our goal, whatever it might be.
This is my message of new beginnings to YOU! It might be what you need to read right now, and I hope that I can connect with you through this post because even if we are apart, the words are as powerful as the author's emotions and feelings wanting to share them with his/her readers. This is a link between us.
And people, don’t forget that in Dream On Youth, we love and support you! I, then, wish you positiveness, balance, and love in this new year. Bye-bye<3
