Relax, Go Do It!

Hello, beautiful people!

This week for me has been all about opportunities, and I even have a mantra for that.

I am certain that opportunities are in my way. I let positiveness and stability flow in me.

It’s not that long, but oh, how has it helped me so far. Really, all have to be with stress management because when we let ourselves go and part from what it’s important for us, then our existence becomes a thing from the past.

Forgive my riddle; what I meant to say is that when we take on so many tasks because we want to be ‘productive,’ our personal traits start to banish somehow, and then we become a working machine. I’ve seen it with friends and family, and even myself, but these days for me have been enlightening, thank the universe, —and the mantra ;).

The thing is that each person has to understand how valuable time is, and that way would only interest prioritization will become part of our lives. You know, especially today, I’ve felt the most productive —according to my standards, and the results are me being in a state of happiness and positiveness. For many people, happiness is what they want their life to be about, and for some others might be something else; to me, being happy is a goal, and I did it.

Maintaining this state, or other states, for that matter, is difficult because we don’t prioritize ourselves, but we can fix it, so don’t worry. Now, this doesn’t have to be entirely true for everyone, anyone has the freedom to pick whatever they feel like it’s important to him/her/them, but for the ones that perceive that some positive emotion is getting away from your lives, I could suggest a few things I have learned from friends and family that have helped me to get back on track and align my thoughts and emotions with my interests.

  • Hang out with friends. Being around with people that fill you up, instead of draining your energy, can be so calming and satisfying, only because you can start to feel the sense of belonging, positiveness, and even happiness for being with the people you chose to love.

The TASTINESS of it all

  • Cook and eat. Even if you’re not the best cook, it doesn’t matter because you enjoy yourself and can feel powerful for cooking something you came up with and then deliciously eat it —and maybe even share it with your partner, family, or friends. Or, buy some takeout; after all, you’ll certainly enjoy it!

Nature=life

Alone time doesn’t have to be completely alone. You can be surrounded by nature, whether it’s a beach or the mountains. Being in contact with other living beings is comforting.

P. S. Hi. That’s me :P

  • Spend some alone time. This is essential for many people because this way batteries can be recharged from working/studying the whole week; usually, every Sunday for me is my time and I use this time to reflect on the situations that happened to me during the week or to pamper myself :)

Hopefully, these small tips can help you out a little bit. And people, even if I have never seen you, I feel you. In Dream on Youth, we value you, care for you and support you, always. Until next post!

Disclaimer:

This approach is based on my perspective and beliefs, so it might not go well with some of you, and that’s okay because we are all different, and therefore each mind is unique <3
