Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance: An organization dedicated to helping people who struggle with mood disorders live and thrive. This organization focuses on peer support and self-directed treatment.

NAMI The National Alliance for Mental Illness is a grassroots organization that aims to help people struggling with mental illnesses build better lives for themselves and their loved ones through education and advocacy. This organization uses NAMI Walks to help raise awareness and provide support. They also have a support line open Mon-Fri 10:00 am to 10:00 pm 1-800-950-NAMI (6264).
